Our B3 bomber jacket is based on the "42-5111-P" version produced by the famous ROUGH WEAR company in 1940-41. B-3 launches a single pocket (vertical map pocket) model that is faithful to the original.

In the 1940s, WW2 was in full swing, and high-altitude bombing missions were frequently carried out. B-3 became the standard uniform of the "HEAVY ZONE" bomber crew. At the end of 1942, the US military used a new long-range strategic bomber B-17 in the European theater of war. It needed to fly to an altitude of 10,000 meters for bombing. At this time, the temperature in the cabin had dropped to minus 50 degrees Celsius. In such a harsh environment, the B-3's ability to resist the cold was beyond doubt.
